The front desk staff were very kind and gave us a detailed map of the city, explaining how to get to the hotel; they were friendly and warm. The room was clean and had a bathtub. The air conditioning seems absent, and in Germany during recent summers, a fan alone might not be enough; the heating is central and works great, so that’s not a concern.

Everything was perfect for my brief stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the location was ideal—just inside the wall and very close to the large parking lot—and I was delighted to have a bathtub.

The staff were incredibly kind and the check‑in was efficient. The room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, comfortable, and offered lovely views. It was excellent value for money, and the location was perfect—right on the wall with an easy walk to many attractions. Navigating the hotel was simple even for my mother who has mobility issues, and the staff were amazing throughout.
