It was easy for me. The transport, La Paz after the city bustle, and the facilities were all good. The staff, however, sometimes came across as indifferent.

The room faced the neon sign, which was a nightmare for kids because the curtains didn’t block the glare; the sofa bed was only suitable for sitting, not sleeping. Reception staff were more than unfriendly. No towels were changed over 6 days, trash never emptied, nothing cleaned, not even a single thing. We asked for toilet paper more than once and were told it would be brought, but it never arrived. The kids were supposedly free of charge, yet we had to pay an extra overnight fee of almost 100€ right at check‑in. The kitchen was set up for 4 people, yet there were no plates or cutlery left. For the price, the service was absolutely lacking.

The spot near the metro lets you reach the airport easily and also get to Paris city centre without trouble.
