The spot is right next to the food district and the contact person was very reachable through messages. However, a leaking pipe in the bathroom left the floor constantly wet, there were no towels upon arrival, the place clearly needs a makeover, the front door lock failed, and someone knocked on our room at night even though we didn’t open the door.

The location is okay for food, but everything else was farther away. There was no reception, only texts; no clean towels, no extra water, and they only emptied my trash because I left it out.

A good spot to stay in Ipoh, the location is great and the staff give you solid tips on what to do and what’s around; I’d definitely stay again if I ever return to Ipoh. The stay was nice.
