Breakfast and dinner were very good, and the hotel design is nice. The wellness area was disappointing: the pool was cold, there were too few loungers, no tea or snacks, and towel changes were only allowed at set times. Despite the pretty design it feels “low budget” overall. On the departure day it was inflexible: check‑out at 10:00 am, and the sauna didn’t open until 12:00 pm, so we couldn’t use it. Parking costs 8 €/day outside and 16 €/day in the underground, which I think is too pricey for a Tyrolean valley where almost everyone drives.

The private sauna next to our room was great, and the food tasted very good; we had the best Kaiserschmarrn here. The pool was too cold and there were very few lounge chairs.

“In der Hauptreisezeit meiden”

The room was very nice and spaciously arranged, but the hotel was completely overcrowded. With so many guests, the infrastructure was lacking: as house guests we were denied a place to dine, and two hours before dinner there were no snacks left, forcing us to drive into the village. The pool area was jammed, making a swim impossible and no lounge chairs were available. During breakfast we had to weave through people to reach the food. The fitness centre was beneath the standard expected for a hotel of this price point, with poor and few machines and clearly no care put into it. Overall, the concept of the hotel is sound, but the ratio of guests to common space and infrastructure simply doesn’t work; avoid it during peak season or when fully booked.

Die Unterkunft ist super modern und die ganze Anlage wirklich attraktiv. Auch im Wellnessbereich gibt es für jeden etwas passendes, sei es bei der Auswahl der Sauna oder der Liegemöglichkeit. Das Essen war wirklich top. Im Alltag merkt man leider schon, dass das VAYA eine große Kette ist. Ein Tisch wurde einem sehr schnell ohne weitere Erklärung zugewiesen. Der Tisch wurde teilweise schon abgeräumt während wir noch einmal beim Buffet waren und danach hatte man dann kein Besteck etc. mehr. Wenn das einmal passiert wäre, ok. Aber leider war es in 4 Tagen 3 mal. Auch das Reinigungspersonal für das Zimmer nahm des öfteren unsere Handtücher, die wir aufgehangen hatten einfach weg und hat uns allerdings auch keine neuen gegeben. Wir mussten dann immer an der Rezeption nach neuen fragen
