“Not real happy”

Things were okay, but the room had no towels, garbage was outside in the stairwell, the shower was dirty and needed an upgrade.

There was no staff on site at night, the room opened when we got there, breakfast options were poor, people were loitering outside, and there was no elevator. (See above 3)

“Was a difficult stay, probably won't stay there again.”

Room was clean. Maid and maintenance man was awesome. Man during day was very nice and did address all the problems. Kiosk was a nightmare, took 30 minutes to check in. Poor communication. Gave us a room that wasn't finished being cleaned, mop bucket and and cleaning products still in room with door open. TV remote battery ou, they fixed it but still was complicated to use.Door key didn't work after 1st day, they reprogrammed the key 2nd day

“We would not recommend this place and will not stay here again.”

The location was great!. The continental breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. There was butter and jelly, but no bread, bagels or muffins to put it on. There was a little cereal and very little milk. Each morning when we requested milk for our cereal the pitcher was filled to a 1/4 of the pitcher. So barely enough milk for two people and no one else. There wasn’t anything else to eat other than waffles. It lacked variety for food and drinks. Also, there weren’t any outdoor trash cans. The room was old with fresh paint and a new mirror

The breakfast at the nearby café was disappointing, a shame for such a great hotel.
