The location is good and the promotional photos look fantastic, but once you’re here it’s hard to explain. The cleanliness is poor: the floor in the room is sticky, the sheets are stained with something, the bathroom is dirty, the walls are stained, and there’s a strong smell of air freshener. The street is closed by construction and there’s no parking available; I had to park a block away. I can’t leave because I need to rest, but I’m not willing to sleep on the sheets as they are. It’s not a good place to rest.

The beachside location was nice, but I couldn't truly enjoy my stay because of the parking fines; the free parking spots at the property were unusable due to construction, so the hosts suggested parking on a side street, but when I received a ticket they did nothing to help—despite my repeated requests, the hosts ignored my five tickets totaling $260 plus a $12.50 handling fee, which was an outrageous lack of courtesy toward guests, and I hope pressure will force them out of the program.

The laundry was good, but during my stay the road was closed and no legal parking existed, leading to several citations that were only removed after a long, frustrating process; I also reported late‑night noise around 3‑4 am, and although guest services initially responded, communication stopped and the noise persisted, making the stay harder than expected because of the parking and noise issues.

I loved the short walk to the beach and the space and set up of my unit. Very cozy. The street the unit was on was completely closed and you had to find parking on the closest street. It made carrying my stuff to and from a little bit of a hassle. But that is the city and they blocked this hotels parking lot. Completely out of their control
