This unique, air-conditioned, non-smoking boat hotel offers superb views of the island and city. The Siren conference room provides meeting facilities. Nearby Margaret Island features leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and water park, a 15-minute stroll from the hotel.

The boat is clearly old and worn out. That would be tolerable if it were somewhat better maintained for its intended use.

The location is excellent, the blonde girl working at the restaurant is very pretty, and staying on the boat is a great experience. The only negative was that the boat’s terrace was always closed.

The location is excellent – a 10‑minute walk to the tram. The cafes and restaurants are a 10‑minute walk away, the place is very quiet, the room is comfortable, and the staff are helpful. The only issue was that our first room, 112, was smaller than expected, but the staff moved us to 108 without any problem.

The location is very good, the view from the cabin is beautiful. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the shower water in the bathroom drained slowly.
