“Experiência complicada com a acomodação”
The reception offered 24‑hour service and the location was good, and the team was available during the night to receive and settle us. I had a bad experience with the accommodation: I arrived at night and was put in a bunk bed that had already been reserved for someone else; in the morning I had to leave when a guest arrived, and there was also confusion over the payment and the change. I stayed only a few hours and the experience was very uncomfortable.
The service and stay were great.
“Spotless and Quiet”
Clean rooms and a quiet environment made for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the peace and the spotless bathrooms, which were a real bonus.
“Excelente Hostel”
Excellent hostel for those looking for a quiet spot in São Paulo, with very pleasant female staff and great facilities. This is my third stay at this hostel in recent years and there is nothing unpleasant about it.
“Total Letdown”
The place was a total disappointment. From the moment I walked in, everything felt off—dirty rooms, rude staff, and a noisy hallway that made it impossible to relax. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
