The housekeeping team cleaned the room daily and supplied everything we asked for, keeping it tidy. The room lacked tissues, there was a lot of outside noise, and to reach the bistro we had to walk through the parking lot.

“Good place, quiet, close to amenities”

The room was comfy, with easy street access that felt secure, plus a pool and spa nearby. The curtain around the door didn’t block light, so it was bright all night. The bathroom door was so heavy that I caught my hand in it once. The room wasn’t clean; sugar packets were scattered on the table when we arrived. At check‑in, the man was too busy chatting with another staff member about his wine in the back room, and it wasn’t whiskey, so the other staff member had no interest. No privacy policy info was provided when I was asked for my full licence, and my credit card number was recorded. I’m not sure how that data is stored safely. Most places use an EFTPOS machine for a card hold, and this made me and my husband uneasy because we’ve had a similar scam at a car‑hire place that emptied our bank account.

The rooms were very clean, the location was central to everything, and the heated pool was awesome.

Good location, close to the beach and many restaurants, very spacious, comfy bed. Rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear a lot of outside activity and people talking from other rooms.
