Location, clean, modern, AC, comfortable beds perfect for a family of four. There is no physical person to get help. Initially it was a little hard to find. They should have a picture of the beautiful garden at check‑in because, being from America, all buildings look the same from the front.

It’s okay, but could use a bit more tidying and a few extra touches like water bottles.

The spot is great, but the common area looks worn out and the outdoor spots aren’t cleaned well.

The location is solid, and the rooms differ enough that the air conditioning really helps with the heat and the beds feel comfy. The downside is the floor, which was a bit bumpy in some spots, and the living room lacks privacy at night because anyone going up the stairs can see through the window blinds.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small for the apartment’s capacity, and the apartment lacked a toilet. We had a hard time finding the apartment, but the customer service people helped us.
