The proximity to the industrial city was a plus. The smell of sewage and drainage in the bathroom and inside the room was unpleasant. The TV didn’t work. The air‑conditioners were dirty, filters were full of grime and dust, and there was a leak and water seepage under the room AC. I booked for 4 days and paid in advance, but the room card was activated for only one day, so I had to go to reception daily to activate the key. The sofa and cushions were dirty and full of small insects. The room door didn’t close properly, was drafty, and there was air and sound leakage from outside—no privacy and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. There was also seepage and dripping in the bathroom water pipes.

Good price and location. The distance from the Haram and the city center was a drawback.

Cleanliness was fine, and the location had a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, vegetable shop, and butcher nearby—almost everything you need is close. The mosque is about 7 km away by car. The smoke smell and lack of window insulation meant car noises could be heard; it’s better not to choose a view of the street.
