The house was very clean. Nothing to complain about.

Not much to say. We were put into the wrong apartment; a 3‑year‑old daughter found a tablet on her bedroom floor (who knows what it was). The entire site feels tired and needs a refurbishment.

The location isn’t by a beach, but it’s perfect for exploring Cornwall via the A30. The facilities were great for kids and the bar was a nice spot to unwind after a long day. Parking could have been better, but otherwise no complaints.

Nothing was bad, but the property was poorly maintained and managed. From the start, nothing was mentioned about bringing your own towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Even basics were missing, and the place wasn’t kept in good shape. The beds were uncomfortable; the mattress springs made a popping sound while sleeping. It was all wrong, and we even had an accident where bathroom tiles fell on us. When we reported it, no one came to fix it or check on us, even though we had a toddler, a learning‑disabled person, and an elderly person staying.
