“With a bit of investment it could become a great B&B. I can't honestly reccomend.”
The location was good, the host friendly, and the room was spacious. However, the bathroom had a strong smell, the toilet was old, and the bulbs were exposed. There was only one teaspoon in the kitchen, and we had to request a coffee machine because none was provided. A power socket was hanging off the wall in the room.
I had all the basics covered and the place was pretty clean, but the shower was in need of repair.
The location was quiet and the apartment was well laid out, but some items needed upkeep, like the shower and the closet that had an unpleasant odor.
The place is close to the bus station and has everything you need. The other guests in the adjacent room were a bit loud, so we could hear everything. Also, before checking out and leaving the keys in the apartment, make sure the main gate opens without them—you almost missed your train because of that.
