Excellent establishment on Ferghana. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and the staff are very friendly. We recommend it, and the cat is just adorable.

We’ve stayed at Sakura Inn before. It’s a small, cozy family hotel in the city centre with great accommodation conditions and top‑class service. The owner does everything to make guests comfortable. We hope to return again soon.

You can walk to the bazaar and the supermarket. The street-facing layout makes using Yandex easy. The cats are cute. There’s a shared kitchen, so you can boil water or chill food in the fridge at will. The water pressure is weak, but hot water does come out. It might stop after a long use. I didn’t need breakfast because I had a stomach bug, so that was fine (I couldn’t eat it even if it was included). The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbour’s living sounds, and presumably your own sounds can be heard too.

The single best hotel/hostel/etc I’ve seen on my whole Central Asia trip. It ticks every backpacker’s box: cheap, very clean, simple, straightforward, self‑contained rooms with nice desks, lovely shared spaces (great living room and kitchen), a cozy and calm vibe, and most of all, a fantastic, attentive family running everything. It’s a perfect spot to relax for a few days or use as a base to explore the Fergana Valley. I stayed five nights, and it felt like an oasis. Other guests stayed the same length and felt the same. Thanks, Elsevar! Nothing was wrong—just more time with Mr. Samson and the cat.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the owner’s friendliness. He upgraded us to a higher‑rated room and offered an excellent breakfast that we had to cut short. The rooms are small but functional and air‑conditioned. The owner is very friendly, speaks fluent English, and gives good restaurant recommendations. Nothing to complain about.
