The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but at midnight guests in the lobby were laughing and talking loudly, which woke me up.

The place was clean and close to restaurants and a nice coffee shop (Fosters). However, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathrooms were dated, the toiletries (soap, shampoo) were low quality, and there were no glasses for water or drinks in the room.

The location is good, but the facility was dirty, the staff were rude, and the check‑in time was late because the room wasn’t ready.

The spot was spot-on for a night at the theater, but the roof of the surrounding area had mold in the corners.
