The cleaning was bad and the service was poor. We booked with breakfast included, but that wasn’t offered; when we asked, we were told they don’t serve breakfast, which was why we made the reservation. It was terrible! I don’t recommend it.

The staff, especially the owner, Mr. Otto, and Miss Rosi, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The Wi‑Fi in the room, however, was unreliable.

The terrace is stunning, offering a beautiful sunset view, and the pool is lovely. Breakfast there was delicious and complete, and Rosi’s service was excellent, as was the reception staff’s friendliness. The room is small and accessed by stairs, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay. Air conditioning is essential in Iquitos, and the room includes toiletries, a TV, and Wi‑Fi.

The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the room was cramped, and the price list displayed at the hotel was lower than what was quoted to me.
