This place doesn’t provide breakfast. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly. It’s a 25‑minute walk to the Ferrovia, and the Trem T1 takes you to the main train station in 7 minutes. Everything was good.

The staff had a very good and human approach to solving the problem. Despite limited English, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. The room was very clean and super spacious. The room’s facilities were truly basic: a bed, a table, and a chair. No fridge, bar, glass, or cutlery. I personally missed at least a glass. The building is on a busy intersection, which compensates for the excellent public transport access.

The spot was super convenient, right next to a covered parking (though it costs extra), with bus and tram links and a 20‑minute walk from the historic center if you prefer to stroll. A nearby bar can serve breakfast if you want. The building was clean and roomy, and the lift was handy—just a few easy steps if you go up on foot. The welcome was excellent.
