I was blown away by how clean and welcoming this hotel was. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location near the metro was a major bonus. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, which is always a good sign.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my week-long business trip to Riyadh. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even went above and beyond to get my coffee-stained suit looking like new. The only downside was the construction work next door, which started early in the morning, but that's not something the hotel can control.

I was really looking forward to a smooth stay, but things got off to a rocky start when I discovered that the price I'd booked online was nowhere near the price I was quoted at the hotel. The difference was a whopping AED 1,000, which was a major disappointment. Needless to say, I won't be booking here again.
