The location was perfect because the Park and Ride into Bath was only a few minutes walk or drive from the Charlcombe Inn. The staff were helpful, the food tasty, and the facilities and accommodation were excellent. We were also celebrating a birthday, and it was a wonderful evening. Everything was great.

The staff were lovely and the service was EXCELLENT; the food and drinks were good quality and good value. The room was top notch, beautifully renovated, very tastefully designed, comfortable, and very well thought out. We faced the inner courtyard and looked directly into the pub, so the privacy in our room was not great. Apart from that we would happily stay again.

The room was super comfy and had a smart layout with great facilities, and the breakfast staff were helpful. On arrival, a race meeting meant the restaurant was packed for dinner, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn't deliver good service.
