“Ubicación perfecta”
Exceptional location, right between Plaza del Obradoiro and the pilgrim assistance office. It could use a small update in furnishings.

I found the hotel in a great spot, just a 5‑minute stroll to the cathedral. We booked a triple room, but the only bed available had no extra amenities—just towels, a small shampoo pack, and tiny soap squares. The room was noisy at night, and I couldn’t figure out why the street outside was so loud. The price felt high for such a basic room, especially given its proximity to the cathedral. On checkout day, I asked someone to call a taxi to the train station, but after waiting 20 minutes we couldn’t get one, so we had to lug our bags and sprint to the station ourselves, which was a real let‑down.

The best thing for sure is the location, next to Plaza del Obradoiro, perfect for visiting the old town. The bathroom is small and somewhat basic, but given the building it's understandable and meets basic needs.

The location was solid, right next to the Peregrino Office on Calle Carretas and only 150 meters from Plaza del Obradoiro. That’s where the positives end. The staff were polite, the check‑in at night required a code, and everything felt very Spartan—TV didn’t work. It might be okay for a single night after arriving in Santiago, but nothing else. The room had a fan, but we were told there was no elevator, so we ended up on the third floor and the stairs at night were a drag. The walls, hallways, and stairs were pretty depressing, and the bathroom was just acceptable.

The girl who helped us was very friendly, and the room we had was meant for three people, even though we were only two. However, we couldn’t keep the windows open because the noise was too loud, and there was no air conditioning.
