We hit the mark overall for our visit and purpose, convenient and comfortable. The grab‑n‑go coffee off the lobby could use improvement; it’s a vital amenity for guests, yet the staff is so slow, not very pleasant or hospitable, and communication for the service role is lacking. This was noticeable in previous stays as well.

The hotel is very pretty, everything revolves around the naval school, the staff are welcoming, the room is large, nicely decorated, and clean, and it’s located near the center on a street full of restaurants. Nothing negative, everything is perfect.
