お部屋が広かった. 空調をハイにしたが、お部屋が寒かった。チェックアウトの暗証番号が４桁なのに、6桁と書いてあり、わかりずらかった。スタッフがいたから対応してもらえたがいなかったら、予定が間に合わないところだった。駐車場が高かった。3000円も支払いをした。こんなに高いのは、初めてだ。

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, explaining everything in a way that made sense. But, I was a bit disappointed to find that they didn't have any tissues in the room, and the toilet paper was running low.
