The stay was very nice, the room was spacious, the property is well‑located near Pune railway station and Pune airport, and everything was very nice.

I booked online first, then got a call to pay an advance; I did, but when I arrived the staff kept making up policies and claimed the advance wouldn't be refunded, so I won't recommend this place.

The management is terrible; after booking online and being told to pay in advance to confirm, I paid, but when I arrived to check in, they explained a new policy and refused to refund the advance payment.
