The grounds were lovely. The cabins were dated and the water tanks behind them were noisy.

The reception staff were lovely and friendly. We initially booked the wrong dates, but they moved our reservation to the correct dates last minute without any charges. We booked the superior cabin, which was small and basic but fairly clean. The couch was dirty, uncomfortable, and collapsed in the middle. The second room had no air‑con or ceiling fan. The beds were hard and there wasn’t much space between them to move around. The toilet wasn’t bolted down properly and felt like you could fall through the floor. There were no extra towels for the pool/splash park. The park itself was run down: the grass was dead and the area needed maintenance. The splash park and playground were as basic as you can get and everything needed updating. We checked in and out within 30 minutes.
