The capsule room was decent enough, but every sign warned of fines for any activity, and guests were prohibited from smoking inside the property—though the night staff and their friends could smoke anywhere they liked.

Privacy was excellent; the second floor is for women, the bathroom water pressure is good, and showers are clean; the AC is a bit chilly when turned on at night, but the location is great.

I had my own capsule and enjoyed the quiet, and I’m grateful to the owner for rescheduling my last night because I was heading out; however, the toilets were often out of service and Wi‑Fi stopped working in the evening.

The capsule design was good, keeping all your stuff locked away automatically, everything looked clean, and there was a nice balcony to sit on; the toilets were problematic—three of four had “do not use” signs that seemed to toggle on and off, they couldn’t handle toilet paper, so the remaining toilet was constantly clogged and I had to use the men’s restroom more than once; while I know it’s partly a guest issue, it’s a major problem when all toilets are blocked and needs fixing.
