The spot is conveniently close to the train station, and the room with a balcony was lovely. The staff were very communicative and helpful. However, the room only had a mini fridge and an espresso machine—no mugs or cups for coffee or tea. The free Wi‑Fi was spotty, dropping calls and making it unusable for Zoom.

The location is really good in Monopoli for this apartment. A great view on the balcony also. We really enjoyed our stay
