Good location. I booked the accommodation with breakfast and parking. Unfortunately, at checkout I discovered that breakfast and parking had to be paid for separately. In total I ended up paying an extra 139 € for those. Those extra costs weren’t clear at the time of booking. I think such charges should be clearly listed during booking.

Everything worked perfectly, no problems. It was all great. We’ll definitely return. There was nothing negative for me.

About 500 m from the sea, just a few steps from bars, restaurants, and the Lignano promenade, the setting is clean. Parking is paid, cleaning is good but not great for the price, and the facility is a bit dated but cared for.

The owners were very friendly and approachable, making the whole process relaxed and straightforward; booking through the platform added a few extra charges, but those were explained well beforehand, and the breakfast was just right to kick off a beach day.
