Staff was very polite and helpful and did their best to help for anything i needed. Lots of unfinished work in the room Bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean Wifi was very bad, my phone with slow internet was faster than wifi The bar on the first floor is mess ane feel unsafe while going up and down in building The stairs are very poorly structured No lifts

fantastic location. Poor room condition,torn bedsheets,no towels, toiletries in the washroom,inspite of Pay at property they asked for advance payment for room booking. absolutely worst room positioning,unprofessional behavior

The staff were helpful, offering me a charger and a fast charger when my UK charger failed, and they assisted with the TV, but the Wi‑Fi was awful—being a tourist without a SIM card, I rely on Wi‑Fi, and the poor connection made everything frustrating; fixing the Wi‑Fi would make the stay amazing.
