“Commentaire séjour 15 jours hôtels Prima”
There are many bus lines near the hotel, and the subway is a 10‑15 minute walk away; a convenience store (GS25, CU) is close by for daily breakfast and coffee. A market is next to the lodging, and the hotel can call taxis for departures to the station or the airport. The staff provide equipment on request (towels, bottled water) and handle special requests. It’s possible to have meals delivered to the room by an external service. Heated blankets are available, and staff are present 24/7. Only one of the two front‑desk clerks speaks and understands English, so I recommend installing Papago to chat with locals. The breakfast schedule is restrictive, 7:30‑9:30, and a staff member closes the self‑serve before the service ends, starting to clear at 9:15. We were inconvenienced by seeing families with children who couldn’t eat or could only eat very little; no solutions were offered for a water leak. When my mother was injured by a broken shower head, the front‑desk clerk did not react. We experienced a leak, and the clerk merely noted it without proposing an alternative, such as relocation. A room change after a week happened without explanation to a less‑equipped room with a bathtub leak, a clogged sink every time a tap was opened, a toilet without automatic cleaning and a broken toilet seat with a gray stain. A screw was on the floor for five days with no idea of its origin; we had to point it out for removal, and when the clerk passed it didn’t take it out. The towel support was far from the bathtub, which was inconvenient. A room equipped with a computer had a non‑functional one with some broken keys. We were a family and the request for two rooms on the same floor or nearby was not honored. Cleaning could be done at any time of day, but rarely early. In a room for two people, a large towel was always missing and had to be requested from the front desk. We observed stains on the floor and dust. The cleaning was very brief and ineffective; for a star‑rated hotel that’s surprising! Sheets were dirty, damaged, or torn.
The staff were friendly, but the location was not ideal.
“Correct pour une petite escale”
The bathroom is a decent size, the water supply is fine, and the self‑serve coffee machine works well. The breakfast offered is simple but gets the day started right, and the in‑room clothes dryer is a real bonus. However, the hotel could use a refresh; the bathroom seals are quite old and the rooms need a makeover.
The staff were very friendly and the room was roomy, and I was surprised to find two computers in the room, making it perfect for gamers; the air conditioner was a real lifesaver because it was incredibly hot outside. A bus stop nearby offers good connections, and there’s a small grocery store; complimentary bottled water is provided. It’s convenient that a coffee machine and microwave are available around the clock, and the hotel also has a snack vending machine, and wine is available for purchase. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so the surroundings aren’t the most pleasant for a walk. Breakfast was quite modest: noodles, bread for toasting, jam, peanut butter, orange juice, milk, and one type of cheese and ham.
“Estadía en Busan”
The room is spacious, including the bathroom, but the bathroom’s large space is underused because the vanity cabinet is tiny and offers no place to put anything; it’s an economical and roomy hotel. The location is close to the airport and far from the city center.
