The location is very spacious and clean, positioned somewhere in the center of the action. Pescara Nord Mall is very close, as is the Outlet Village. The beach/promenade is about a 5‑minute drive. The breakfast is typical Italian but enough to start the day. The coffee is very good, as are the pizza rolls and sweet options. The staff, however, can be a bit “crisp.”

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly owner, the balcony, and the free street parking right next to the building. A couple of coffee sachets were in the room, and breakfast at the local café—coffee and croissant—was delicious. The beach is about a 30‑minute walk away. The traffic around the property is intense, but it didn’t bother us.

The room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a modern air‑conditioner, fridge, WiFi, and smart TV. Antonio, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Parking on the street is convenient and free, and there’s a Todis supermarket nearby. The sea promenade is a 30‑minute walk from here, and breakfast at the popular local Martina café is good. Just remember that the B&B voucher is worth only 3 EUR; you might have to pay extra for items like a large sandwich with coffee, but overall it’s a solid deal. The bed was comfortable, though it squeaked a bit.

We stayed one night and it was great; the owners were very kind and explained everything about the stay. The place was clean and I recommend it.

The house is huge, beautiful, and welcoming. Antonio, the owner, is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
