I picked Hotel Tiziano because of its spot and the fact that it’s a small place with stunning views of a private garden right in the heart of Milan. It’s just a stone’s throw from the lively City Life and easy to reach by metro. The lobby furniture could use some upkeep, and a few fresh flowers or plants would brighten it up.

“Ich komme wieder”

I loved the location—just a few minutes by metro to the city center, and the station is about 100 m from the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. The lounge rooms are gorgeous with a view of a lovely garden, and you can even have breakfast there. The only downside was the breakfast service, which didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s quality; I got a cold cappuccino several times. Otherwise, the buffet was very generous and left no room for complaints, except for the coffee.
