The location was good and clean, but the staff were not at all friendly, even rude. We booked a room for four, yet there was only a double bed and a single bed; we had to create a fourth bed ourselves. There were no duvet covers, and the staff didn’t respond to messages.

The spot was great, right next to the main sights, and the building itself had a beautiful look that matched the Florence vibe. The host welcomed us warmly and offered plenty of solid tips. The only gripe was that the rooms require a physical key to open and close, which feels charming and in line with the building’s design but is a hassle when the bathroom is outside.
