This modern hotel sits a little back from the river, but it’s comfortable and has everything you need; I’d stay again for a night or two in Vientiane. The staff aren’t the best; they do their best to check you in but nothing beyond that, so keep expectations low. During the night, the hotel lost power and the staff didn’t know how to help or advise me, and the night crew didn’t speak English. It could have been handled better and I basically lost a night’s sleep because of it.

Nothing positive. The staff were unwelcoming, there was no hot water, and the bathroom flooded continuously.
