The apartment is very good, spacious and comfortable. It’s well located and the breakfast is very complete. We had many problems with check‑in. We had requested early check‑in well in advance because we were traveling and exhausted. I asked if a supplement could be paid for early entry. No one answered at any time. We arrived around 10 a.m. to leave our bags and there was no one, and no one answered the phone. Finally, the cleaning lady opened the door and we left our bags. She then replied by e‑mail that they would not allow us to enter before 4 p.m. We returned at 2 p.m. and a girl gave us a room on the ground floor with no windows or ventilation and told us that the upper‑floor rooms had already been assigned, yet she had all the keys there. I had a reservation confirmation with photos of my room with a window. After much unpleasant insistence, she finally gave us the room we had booked. It’s a shame to have to go through such an unpleasant situation when you’re exhausted just to get what you paid for. I didn’t understand what was happening at any point, and my rating would have been very good if this had not occurred.
