The private space was gorgeous, the bed super comfy, and the bathroom a delight; a short walk brings you to the lake and the neighborhood feels peaceful yet close to Rotorua. Susie handled all the communication smoothly, even when there was a mix‑up. The only gripe: the cutlery was very sparse, missing a sharp knife, and the kettle was plastic.
