We found plenty of nice spots to relax with family and the staff were fantastic, everyone was friendly and helpful. We ran into a few minor room issues, but they were resolved quickly, and the early check‑in was a huge relief given the heavy rain. The only downside was that the beds felt very hard, almost like sleeping on the floor.

The place was spotless, the staff were well behaved, and almost every facility a tourist might want was available. Overall, everything was fine.

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is excellent, all services are present, the room is spacious, and I thank the reception staff Mahmoud for being helpful, as well as all other hotel staff.
