The staff were very friendly, and parking was handled without hassle. Breakfast was great! However, there is no priority or parking spot at the hotel; if you drive, you have to circle around the building and stop in a restricted area, after which your car and luggage are taken away comfortably.

The location was close to the bus stop and the lobby piano player was a nice touch. The pool shut down at 7 pm, so we missed it, and breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, so we missed that too. The room felt like a cruise‑ship cabin, cramped, especially the bathroom.

Costas greeted us upon arrival and quickly handled our bags in the lobby. Buna at reception was very efficient and helpful, explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel and our stay, and she guided us to the old town and recommended three excellent restaurants. The room was very comfortable, and the welcome cookies and Masticha were nice extras. We appreciated the room safe, slippers, and robes. Housekeeping changed towels daily, supplied extra towels when needed, and kept toiletries stocked. These small touches made the stay perfect, and the king‑size bed was a major plus. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide range of fresh, tasty options suitable for my limited diet, which my husband also enjoyed. The pool was a great place to relax at any time, especially with breakfast poolside. The location is ideal, providing easy access to the old town, convenience stores, a market, and shopping. I have no complaints; it was a wonderful stay.

The staff are incredibly nice, the pool was very clean, and breakfast offered a great variety of food, yet the hotel wasn’t worth the money and there’s nothing special about it.
