I liked the hotel’s location in a very quiet area. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide sweet/salty selection. Dinner featured well‑prepared dishes. The staff were friendly, and the owner offered valuable tips for everything from easy to challenging excursions. Recommended!

The hotel is well‑kept and stylish with a predominant use of wood. The staff are very kind and helpful. We had the panorama room, which was large and spacious, with an angled balcony and double glass windows overlooking the valley. The bathroom was big and comfortable, especially the sink support. Breakfast varied with a good sweet/salty choice and homemade jams. Dinner was plentiful with typical and gourmet dishes. Parking was free. Overall, it’s a place where you feel very comfortable. However, despite the beauty, the room lacked air conditioning and was very hot because it was exposed to the sun from the morning, and the glass let in heat; the blackout curtains (sliding PVC) let in light, illuminating it almost entirely from 5–6 am. The shower could be improved, it was a bit narrow and the soap holder was missing because it was broken. I was also negatively surprised to have to pay for tap water at dinner even though I had half‑board; this had never happened to me before.

Parking is right in front of or next to the building, and the owner personally greets you, setting the tone for a great vacation. The place is clean, modern, and still cozy, not as flashy as the Arosea but on the same level. We found the Rainer rooms more suitable. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly, making you feel at home immediately. Everything feels brand new, as if it had just opened. The room is spacious, and the walk‑in closet keeps things tidy, which is surprisingly relaxing. There’s no harmful underfloor heating in the sleeping/living area – a big plus. The breakfast spread was generous, but we had to move far to find a quiet spot in the lovely wood‑panelled room. We’ll definitely return.

“Schönes Hotel mit durchweg sympathischem Personal und sehr hochwertigem Essen.”

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well‑furnished. Breakfast and especially the multi‑course dinner left no room for complaints and were delicious. We didn’t encounter any noteworthy negatives during our stay.
