Staff was very helpful and accommodating, 3rd floor was quiet. Waived 15$ parking fee, able to walk to 1up and various places to eat!. room was slightly dirty behind couch, sparse selection of tea for in room enjoyment (but they had a whole tea bar downstairs)

The cleanliness, comfort, spacious rooms, Emily’s smile, and the location away from city noise were all very convenient. The bar was tucked away in a narrow corner, not very convivial, though it could feel intimate. Breakfast was too basic and poorly stocked.

The breakfast was good and the room was very spacious, especially the king size bed. The pillows could be better.

The hotel was really great, with kind and helpful staff, and the pool and hot tub were awesome! The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen in our room worked great—had dishes and everything! Definitely recommend eating at Maggianos Little Italy; the food is delicious. The water pressure in the shower could’ve been better, but that’s okay!
