Manager Eugene was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative, clearly proud of the efforts to make Pocono Ridge Inn the best spot for a relaxing stay in the area, and I’ll be back. The only gripe was that our room had no tissue box, and two luggage racks would have been nice since everyone arrives with a small suitcase.

The place was spotless from top to bottom, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and Eugene—our manager—was excellent, taking pride in the property and being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A nice touch that many higher‑star places miss is a dimmable light with a warm tone and remote control. The only downside was the rain.

I appreciate the bed‑and‑breakfast vibe and the relatively quiet setting. The property has seen many renovations and the staff are great. I stayed in the annex for the first time, which was fine, but I prefer rooms in the main building. The AC unit was old and didn’t cool the room enough, and I needed a desk with a light and chair for work, but the room lacked a desk.

The place was very clean and offered free water and snacks. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Eugene, who was an excellent host. I liked everything.
