HORRIBLE. Worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. Awful staff, awful room. Many many problems. Too much to write

The room was good. When I checked in, I was told I need to present a credit card for “incidentals”. Incidentals are usually for mini bar purchases or similar and there is just a hold on the credit card. In this case, however, they added a service fee of over $14 despite the fact that the room was fully paid for (including taxes and fees) . The staff claimed it’s not their fault and they have nothing to do with and no control over what does. Even though they accept money from them. The whole thing feels like a scam
