Michelle and the team were wonderful! Super welcoming and incredibly helpful with any logistics or questions about the area. It was really quiet and relaxing while still a short walk from great skiing and restaurants

The facilities were renovated, and the rooms, bathrooms, and showers were all updated—no typical run‑down Japanese inn vibe. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice, though the earliest they serve is 7:00 am, and there’s a bit of variety each day. The shared spaces are great for chilling and working, and the dry room is a true dry room with space to leave your gear. Laundry machines (wash and dry) are available, which is super convenient. The only downside was an electrical issue that caused the Wi‑Fi to malfunction for a few days; I understand it was due to that incident and not their fault. A dinner option would be fantastic.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. We went snowboarding in Hakuba and had a great time. Michelle, the host, was lovely and happy to help if needed.

The hotel was amazing; Michelle was super friendly, spoke great English, and handled ski passes, transfers, and other arrangements so our trip ran smoothly. The facilities were excellent and the location was close to pick‑up points. Nothing else to add.
