“Peaceful”
There was no toaster and only a tiny stash of firewood, but the location was awesome, you could see the sky from the bed, the tiny home was well equipped, and the hosts were quick to respond.

The spot was ideal for hikes, the tiny home was gorgeous and cozy, and lighting a fire while enjoying the view from the many windows was a treat. Unfortunately, when we arrived the power was out, we were told there were instructions for the generator but none existed; the generator had no fuel and the Jerry can was empty, so it took over an hour for someone to show up, leaving us in the dark and cold until about 8 pm without a way to cook. The host answered quickly but didn’t apologize for the situation.

I liked that the tiny home was in a great spot, close to the city centre and the local pub, and checking in was straightforward with easy communication, so the arrival went smoothly. However, the place didn’t feel as secluded as I had hoped; people were walking just metres away, cutting into the privacy I expected. The tiny home itself was clean and nicely presented, but it was missing basic items like a toaster, TV, and even a BBQ for outdoor cooking. With tiny‑home stays you usually expect thoughtful, economical touches that make the compact space feel functional and comfortable, and those were clearly absent.

The location was good, but it was very cold. I get that the vibe is about being in nature, yet in such chilly conditions curtains for the windows at night would be a sustainable way to keep the heat in and cut energy use.

The place was very modern and quite spacious, the bathroom was generous, and the kitchen had everything; the little combustion heater was appreciated. The downside was that there was no toaster or electric blanket, which you’d need in winter.
