The staff were undoubtedly the most kind and empathetic we’ve ever met on our travels. Their attention, friendliness and excellent service made our stay even more special. They were always ready to help with a smile, especially the front‑desk team, and we also want to highlight the breakfast staff, who were equally helpful. We’re very grateful for the treatment we received. The hotel is very well located in Bocagrande, in a nice, quiet and pleasant area. There was no noise and we could rest very well. A very pleasant stay that we’ll remember fondly.
