The shepherd’s hut is well equipped and in a great spot. The bed could have been better; the mattress seemed in need of replacement, but we slept well after walking the coast path each day. The log‑burner fire lighters, which we didn’t use because of a heat wave, were left in the hut and gave off a strong paraffin smell when we first entered, but once we moved them outside the hut was fine.

The secluded hut was wonderful, super cozy with stunning views, Duncan and Steve were both so lovely and helpful, and we had everything we needed.
