The staff were very friendly. The entertainment was varied, and you can see they’re making an effort. Breakfast was very good. As for the room, there’s a lot to wish for. The mattress on one bed sagged like it was old. The room layout was hopeless; I think it was originally meant to be a double‑bed room but was rearranged into two single beds. The nightstand at the foot of the bed was a glowing “Lanka.” The other nightstand was at the head of the bed but had no place to plug in the “Lanka” lamp. I discovered a radio on the windowsill at the end of the shift, even though I hadn’t checked if it worked. The chair was broken. It seems no one checks this, and the price is excessive for such standards. After settling in, we reported only two issues: missing shelves in the wardrobe and a non‑working TV. The maintenance man handled the wardrobe and replaced the decoder on the TV. All of this should be checked and any deficiencies fixed. It’s not the guest’s job to report and ask for repairs; the hotel director should be responsible. That’s how customer service should be, PRL days are long over.

Everything was great, and the breakfast was delicious.

The location was good, and the parking was well organized with a gate that opens after the car’s number plate is read by a camera. The bathroom fan wasn’t linked to the light switch, so at night you could use the bathroom quietly without the fan whirring. The breakfast spread was large and tasty, though watch out for the fried eggs. The sink faucet needs a battery replacement. Waking up to the neighbors washing felt like an F‑16 flying over Mielno—very loud, louder than any other faucet I’ve heard. The bedside lamps were positioned so that to light a book you’d have to shine the light on the person next to you. Some of the fried eggs on the breakfast table looked like they were from the previous day, with a dry surface like thick plastic film; I learned to pick the fresh ones the next day. A traditional scrambled eggs option would also be nice.

Very close to the beach and the shopping promenade, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The pool felt a bit old and could use a refurbishment.
