“York mini break”

I stayed at this place and it was comfortable, clean, very welcoming, and the location was convenient—nothing to complain about, it was great.

“Staff very friendly clean and close to everything”

The place was very clean and the staff were friendly, and I had nothing to say that was imperfect.

The beds were comfortable, the owners and staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was brilliant, cooked at home with all local quality ingredients.

“A great guest house, perfect for a visit to York!”

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house; Mick, the host, and Ruth, who worked there, were really lovely and very welcoming, knowing a lot about the area. Each morning we had a home‑cooked breakfast and a chat, and nothing was too much trouble. The guest house was very clean and comfortable, in a quiet location with parking, and we couldn’t find any faults. If we visit York again, we will definitely stay here.
