Four Points by Sheraton Langfang, Gu'an

The area is good, with restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The staff seemed indifferent to your requests.

“Good property in an industrial town. Good facilities and reasonable distance from Daxing Airpirt. Very helpful staff.”

Large, clean and spacious

“Matig, met name door gebrek aan Engels bij hotelstaf en veel te warme kamer”

Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations in several areas, including temperature control, communication, and amenities. While the room was spacious, the issues with the air conditioning, lack of English-speaking staff, and broken coffee machine marred the experience. The hotel's bar and lobby were also underwhelming.

Our stay was marred by a significant discrepancy between the room we booked and the one we actually received.

“Wonderful”

While I was generally pleased with the value for money I received at this hotel, I did feel that the staff could have been more helpful in communicating with me, particularly since I was an international customer. Overall, my stay was a positive one, but I do think that the hotel could improve in this area.
