The staff were hardworking and welcoming, the property was clean, the pool and garden were nice, and the Wi‑Fi worked well. However, breakfast could be much better, especially since it costs extra. Cleanliness was an issue, particularly in the bathroom—dark mold under the toilet, overall grime, and a cloudy toothbrush cup. The glass water bottle had algae because it hadn't been replaced for a while, and there was no place to refill safe drinking water. The hotel didn't offer transport. Our shower heater stopped after about 4‑5 minutes, the AC was weak, half the outlets in the room stopped working, and one room had noticeable humidity damage on the wall. The water‑pressure pump outside was loud and uneven. The checkout process was unclear; the hotel doesn't accept credit cards for breakfast and also lacks change. The place has seen better days, and hopefully the owners will invest in improvements.
