The bed is very comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean. The location is strategic. The common area is well equipped. The breakfast is varied. The staff are kind and helpful. The elevator is narrow. The price is moderately high.

Communication was experienced; the host was quick and effective. Very good advice. The B&B is well served by public transport. The room is well equipped (fridge, AC, hair dryer). Fresh fruit and cheese are missing at breakfast.
The accommodation is excellent and Manuela too! She arranged a taxi for us at midnight to the airport, very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Clean and tidy location. With great public transportation very close by. Easy access to the centre of Rome. Our host Simona was an absolute pleasure to deal with and communication was impeccable. Street traffic can be heard in the room.
